Patient registration closes 30 minutes before the end of clinic hours.

Emergency Care

Our emergency room is a regional emergency medical institution. Emergency physicians are on site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For a life-threatening emergency in Korea, call 119 for an ambulance.

Your First Visit

  1. 1Bring a photo ID — an Alien Registration Card, passport, or Korean ID.
  2. 2Go to the information desk on the first floor and tell the staff which department you need.
  3. 3If you already have an appointment, give your name and the department at the desk.
  4. 4Payment is made at the desk after your consultation. Card and cash are both accepted.

Language Help

Free interpretation services are available anywhere in Korea, and you are welcome to use them during your visit. Call the number, choose your language, then hand your phone to our staff.
