PMC Park Hospital first opened in March 2001 as Jin-kyu Park Neurosurgery Clinic in Jangdang-dong, Pyeongtaek. What began as a spine-focused clinic has grown in step with the needs of our community into a leading general hospital serving northern Pyeongtaek.
That growth has always been guided by what our community needs. From a single neurosurgery practice, we have expanded to offer internal medicine, surgery, neurology, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and more — anchored by our Cardio-Cerebrovascular Center and 24-hour emergency care. Having completed more than 5,000 cardio-cerebrovascular procedures and earned accreditation as a general hospital from the Ministry of Health and Welfare, we have gained national recognition for the quality and safety of our care.
Putting patients at the center of everything, we deliver fully integrated care — comprehensive nursing care, home nursing care, and health screening — supported by advanced technology for faster, more accurate diagnoses. We are also building what comes next. Our new Health Screening Center, which broke ground in November 2024, spans roughly 7,240 m² (77,930 sq ft), and is scheduled to open in August 2026. With a smart AI system and state-of-the-art equipment, it will help our neighbors stay healthier through a focus on prevention.

Our Master Plan
PMC Park Hospital is carrying out a phased master plan across approximately 21,490 m² (231,300 sq ft), including the development of a Health Promotion Center, an integrated medical complex, and a staff residence. As the first phase of this plan, the Health Promotion Center is now under construction on a 4,247.0 m² (45,715 sq ft) site, with a total floor area of 7,241.04 m² (77,943 sq ft), and is scheduled to open in August 2026. Through 2030, we will continue to expand our facilities and capabilities to raise the standard of care for the community we serve.
